T13 arXiv:2607.19340 (JUNO)
The declared P4 falsifiers test the absolute mass sum and whether a robust lower bound on the individual lightest mass is produced above 2.61 meV. These are tested by T12 and T14 - and were not activated. T13 is an oscillation-splitting paper. Its formula operates on Δm² between oscillation eigenstates - a different physical quantity from MH's absolute mass set. T13 is not the instrument for the declared P4 falsifier test, and it does not produce a result that activates any declared P4 falsifier.
All P4 declared falsifiers: NOT ACTIVATED.
P5: No Particle Closes Missing-Acceleration Terrain
4+ new direct-search results at ICHEP 2026 (CMS EXO-24-010/036, NPS-25-008; ATLAS dark sector). Each produces new exclusion terrain. None satisfies all six physical-identity requirements simultaneously. Falsifier NOT ACTIVATED.
P6: Absolute Confinement and Eight-Mode Closure
T20 (arXiv:2607.21952): "consistent with that implied by a linear QCD potential" and "strong evidence for a net confining force."
T21 (arXiv:2607.20337): First-principles lattice QCD EMT at physical quark masses, continuum limit. No ninth mode required.
