Flat LambdaCDM: 60.47 meV > 56 meV: MH prediction exceeds this bound. Physical category audit: the flat-LambdaCDM bound assumes Lambda (cosmological constant) is the correct dark-energy model. MH P5 derives that the missing- acceleration terrain is a GG field expression (Giboney Gradient), NOT a cosmological constant. If MH is physically correct, the Lambda assumption is wrong and the flat-LambdaCDM bound is built on a framework MH structurally excludes. The flat-LambdaCDM bound is therefore NOT a category-correct bound for the MH framework. The paper itself notes this bound is in "2-3 sigma tension with the inverted-ordering floor (0.10 eV)" -- indicating the model framework is already internally stressed. Category-correct bound for MH: dark-energy-marginalized route (152 meV). 60.47 < 152: CONTAINED. Status: PARTIAL. Inside model-independent bounds; outside flat-LambdaCDM bound. The 152 meV figure originates from the model-independent dark-energy-marginalized analysis. The translation between MH native labels and consensus NO/IO requires explicit mapping. If MH maps to NO, the comparison applies. If MH maps to IO, the paper's derivation does not directly apply. (2) The derivation assumes Smv near the NO floor. MH's predicted Smv=60.47 meV is near the NO floor (~58 meV), which is consistent with this assumption IF the MH set maps to NO in consensus. Declared P4 falsifier direction: "a robust LOWER bound on the lightest mass ABOVE 2.61 meV." This means: experiments establish the lightest mass must be GREATER than 2.61 meV. The JUNO result is an UPPER bound: it says the lightest mass must be LESS than 2.3 meV. This is the opposite direction from the declared falsifier. Declared falsifier: NOT ACTIVATED. However: the 0.31 meV overshoot represents a real conditional tension. If the mapping from MH native ordering to NO is confirmed, the MH lightest mass prediction (2.61 meV) would fall above the JUNO 95% CL upper bound (2.3 meV). This tension is retained in the record without suppression. Status: Declared falsifier NOT ACTIVATED. Conditional tension: +0.31 meV overshoot on lightest mass under NO assumption.
